  1. Start up the program. You’ll see that it begins to look for nearby wifi networks.
  2. When the search is finished, it will provide a list of all available wifi networks in your area.
  3. Each wifi network has a different color-coded lock symbol. If it’s green, you’ll be able to hack it. You can’t hack it if it’s red.

  7. You must look up the keywords SSID and PSK. The Wifi name is referred to as SSID, and the password is PSK.
  8. Now all you have to do is write down the password and use it to connect to the wifi network from any other device.

ADB Commands to Display Wifi Password on Android Devices

Another way to perform wifi password recovery on Android Devices with no root is via ADB commands.

You can perform a lot of amazing things with your Android smartphone thanks to ADB Commands. This includes gaining access to all of the device’s saved wifi credentials.

However, keep in mind that this is intended toward tech-savvy people and can become a little complicated. On the bright side, you won’t have to download any additional apps to your phone.

So, if you’re up for it, here’s a step-by-step guide on how to show saved wifi password on Android using ADB Commands:

  1. Tap on the Builder Number seven times in Settings > About Phone. At the bottom, you’ll notice a pop-up notification that says “you are now a developer.”
  2. This turns on your phone’s Developer Options.
  3. Turn on “USB Debugging” in Developer Options.
  4. On your Windows computer, install the ADB driver.
  5. Once the file has been downloaded, open the folder and right-click inside it to select “Open Command Window Here.” Hold shift and right-click again if the option isn’t available.
  6. Connect your Android phone to your PC via USB now.
  7. When you’re connected, type “ADB services” into the command prompt and hit enter.
  8. Next, run “db pull /data/misc/wifi/wpa supplicant.conf c:/wpa supplicant.conf” into the command prompt. This will copy the wpa supplicant.conf file from your phone to your computer’s C drive.
  9. Using notepad, open the file and look for SSID and PSK in the same way you did before. The SSID stands for the wifi names of all previously connected networks, whereas the PSK stands for the passwords.
